The broker who is managing the pg is only money minded they don't do any help
But many times they create problems for you
If you staying after 11 months i.e for april, may of next yr (when you are staying for prelims)they will again ask for brokerage apart from monthly rent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's conveniently located at a walking distance from Vajiram & Ravi. The building is fairly new and has all necessary facilities (AC, geyser, 24x7 electricity, attached bath, drinking water, wifi etc). Door to door laundry is cheap though highly irregular. The guards and the manager are friendly and don't create unnecessary problems for the tenants.
Only the rooms at the end of the corridor have windows which might be a problem if one is claustrophobic. The rooms could use some ventilation. Otherwise, it's a comfortable stay for the rent charged. There are cheaper places around but they too come with their own share of problems.
