★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent bus service. Newly started from Delhi to Sri Ganganar Route (goes even beyond Sri Ganganagar. They provide free water bottle inside the bus. Their sleepers are meet and clean. They stop at petrol pump immediately after leaving from Peeragarhi (after ~1 hour), and ask everyone if they need to use washroom. I don't remember they stop after that. Anyways, you can always ask them and they stop. Any specific query, pls ask I'll revert. Also, like if you liked my review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't give proper facility. Don't on the heater in the winter. What is the use of AC bus if you don't get proper facility. I suggest you should consider other options on your route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My seat was changed and forcefully made me share with some lady and they were also picking and dropping passanger all the way. guys were standing around my sleeper. so couldn't sleep and felt very unsafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was so unprofessional. There was not a single announced stop from our way RSNR to Delhi. They are more concerned about small distance passenger to have some extra income.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service, very arrogant and rude behaviour by staff , my bus number is RJ49PA0626 travelling from raisinghnagar to delhi, staff was smoking cigarettes in the cabin and did not stop the bus even for toilet and did not called for any stop for dinner , feeling very uncomfortable and upset, I cancelled my return tickets and booked tantia travels, conductor was very rude and was waiting very eagerly for someone with whom he can argue and fight, very disappointed

There isn't many options or i can say the only option to travel from delhi to raisinghnagar directly without any change.
The can improve alot by having more cleanness of the bus.
