The best part is mmm everything...
Be it service, hookah, food, staaf behaviour... I will give a thumbs up to all of them as chai break never compromised with its customer service ever...
I am in love with this place and will always be...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chai place is neither a motel nor a bar.
The cafe seems to be struggling with knowing where they stand. I sat at the non hookah place, the most outside seating on a day with less occupancy.
I suppose a cafe to give me ample space to work, read or chit chat. However, the staff repeatedly came and asked me for further orders hinting that I wasn't a high value customer for them. This when there already were some empty tables. The experience was almost like a motel and the sound coming from hookah place made it like a bar.
Coming to the least important part - food. Cottage cheese burger was too sour. They mixed jalapenos, pickled veggies and sour onion, which made it taste bad also. The burger was max 5cm in diameter. The tea was bitter.

Yesterday, we ordered a veg pizza from them through Swiggy. What we received was a veg pizza with a cockroach.
It's disgusting.
We lodged a complaint thru swiggy. When we tried calling them, they didn't answer calls.
In a desperate attempt to make good, they sent some other food as replacement. But who would want to eat?? Right??
It just goes on to show the kind of cleanliness and hygiene they maintain.
Who knows how many people have eaten what filth!
Highly avoidable!
Needless to say, we're taking them to the consumer court and taking up the matter with the concerned authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was good but the pondi channa was tasteless and too sour. This place has three units divide seperate one for sheesha and one for family and a small area of approx 30 guests to host an event like get together or birthday party
