★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long time am I smitten with Chai.. Crazy good chai, at dirt cheap rates. The biscuit they offer were less on sugar, more on dough, baked VERY VERY crisp. That's the USP of their biscuits - baked to perfection. I'll strongly recommend this place for a relaxing chai right outside the Metro Station. No, seriously.. get a chai here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The staff is very rude and the food doesn't taste good either. On top of it the staff didn't conform to the Covid 19 protocols. No one wears a mask there. Go on your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bitter aftertaste of the tea. Very very sweet and tea is not served hot. Rs.10/- for a cup of tea is just a hype. It is a very very small cup giving only 2-3 sips and the tea is over. A regular cup is for Rs.20/- which is not justified with the quality of tea. Moreover the lady at the billing counter is not welcoming or courteous towards customers. Not in mind to go again to try rest of their menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the tea packed for Office party. packaging was charged Rs.20/- extra but I happily paid on going through the reviews about tea. Finally, the tea was extremely sweet, dark-brown color which is not a usual tea color and was carrying an artificial flavor. Not recommended. Better tea available at nearby small tea shops. The place is hyped or maybe the reviews are posted on requests of owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I entered the place with a thought in mind that they will brew out the best of the tea. Once I tasted the tea, it was not hot, high on sugar and highly rich in flavor. It was not a normal or regular tea which one needs on the go. Front desk staff was not happy to entertain the queries, but kitchen staff served with smile and enthusiasm. I asked for a tea with less sugar with which their reply was Surprisingly NO. They have standard tea, that too in the vacuum flask so looses temperature with time. Hygiene is also on a toss as the main gate is kept open and flies inside. I paid a repeat visit same day but the things weren't changed. Expect them to improve and will update my review after visiting once more. It will be last or continued afterwards, will update for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to have kulhad chai and have heard about this place a lot so I went with my sister. We ordered their Tandoori Vada Pao along with two cup of kulhad chai. Vada pav was delicious and it has a special tandoori effect to it although the kulhad chai was not exactly mad ein kulhad but was only served in a kulhad. Chai was good as it has elaichi and full cream milk in it. (I was in an impression that I'll get actual Tandoori Chai) overall, a good place for a small chit chat along with chai & snacks. Prices are genuine.
