★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new venture is amazing. Have visited both branches in Omaxe complex as well in Dugri market. Only thing I didn’t like is menu is limited. They have mentioned so many different types of teas but at store only 1-2 is available. the premixed which is bit strong. I am regular customer of this place but I would like to try all the flavours.It is must visit place for everyone with friends or family. Dugri branch is close to main road and sitting is outside a perfect place for evening tea. Maska bun is another dish which I like at the place and recommend for others. The nariyal biscuits, fans is unique. But more menu items can be added easily.

Well, I have never been to any places in ludhiana which provides such quality Tea.
Just felt in love with the tea after the very first sip of it. Not only me, my friend also. We were mesmerized. It costs Rs/-30 each.
We waited for that kulhad Chai for 15-20 minutes but after the first sip it worth every seconds of waiting.
I regret for not recording the expressions of us after the first sip. we didn mind waiting because it was an evening after a rainy day and we were sitting outside enjoying the weather with some healthy conversations.
We were running out of time otherwise would have ordered one or two more cups of it .
We visited this place(Omaxe Market) for the first time and glad that we found this chai place. We two were really happy and satisfied. We'll visit again to this place to taste another flavour of that Kulhad Tea and want to explore some other dishes as well.
Note: last but not the least..the lady (might be the owner) is soo polite and cooperative. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Firstly they are cheats, the board says, the tea starts at ₹10 but the cheapest cup (half cup that is ?) costs 40₹. They take 20 to 25 minutes to make that pathetic cup (half cup just to remind u ?), that is tasteless and worse than a 10₹ tea cup u would have at road side tea stall. Shamelessly they will tell u that 10₹ a cup was introductory offer which is over now. But strangely the prominent board is still there. See the pic.
