★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to have Irani Chaai and other bakery items. They should think on the timings and price of the dishes on the menu. Some are way to over priced for the food joint they have. Can work over it. Else a good place to.have quick Irani chai.

Pocket friendly- Reasonable.
Food- Bun maska, Irani chai and Burberry biscuits are famous here..Authentic taste and quantity is generous.
Service- Good.. Prompt.
Rating-4 as there are less items on menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thee Best Chai ever ?.. I used to come by walk from 1km far just to have this Irani Chai.. At first it was me an my one friend trying this but now more than 10 frnds together regularly trying Chai and got addicted. Don't miss it if you are a Chai lover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here just to try bun mask n Irani chai.. but unfortunately I just got chai n bread omlet..
Chai was ok maybe my expectations were high. bread omlet was really good..
Bun maska is still pending jst for that I will go again.
Place is really noisy.. it's kind of food court, not so good ventilation also...
