★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They might be biggest chai chain in world but they are actually just into franchise making busines after you take franchise they wont even entertain you they just give you fake hopes and promises before you take franchise and dont help in anyway sort of things after take franchise from them and when ever there sale/executives call they just tell you we will look into it and we will help you out bt they actually dont do anything and even after that they actually ask us only what should we do.
I have being trying to talk to team from months but they reply me same thing every time tht we will look into it bt its been few months they didn’t do anything and just give fake promises
Evn after investing 25-30 lakhs of rupees into chai sutta bar franchise it is worth less because hardly anyone will be making money frm it
As they recommend high maintenance location.

There are no sutta (cigarette) ;)
Best cold coffee you must try once.

They have different varieties of Tea like Ginger/Rose/Normal Tea/Lemon Tea and so on....
Inspite of Tea, they offer Pizza, cofee and other brevarages...
They have their Shop at other locations too

Good place for hangout with friends. Good music all time.....good environment.
Near parking facility. But smoking not allowed in front of outlet.
Your in indore and visit 56 dukan. Ones try chocolate tea you love CSB. But not same test on other outet.
