★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the new chairs are pretty generic.. they are able to offer lower prices as they don't use enough foam in the padding so you start feeling the structure of the chair after a few weeks of use.. the foam padding was way too thin.. they repair chairs.. you get what you pay for i guess..

Within 1 week of buying chair, arm rest screws started to fall & both arm rests were noisy also the seat is shaky. Its been 5months now that i am following up with Hasnain to provide me solution, this guy is not picking up calls nor replying back. I urge people not to buy any product from Chairwale - Pune branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To make my life easier for Work from Home and to avoid going out in this Covid situation, I bought this chair just by making a phone call to chairwale.com. The chair was delivered immediately. But it had some minor defect which I discovered in couple of days. But again, after telling the seller about the issue, the guy came to the rescue and replaced the chair with other new chair without any hesitation.
So, full marks to the quality of the chair as well as the after sales service provided. Would definitely recommend the seller.
