★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aundh is a well laid-out and decent suburb of Pune city. It's not only very green area but surrounded by lots of vegetation. This makes it rather cooler place than the Pune city.
Now this Chaitraban Residency, a large residential complex, is in the heart of the Aundh amidst trees. Though it's facing big commercial buildings now, earlier it was a very peaceful place.
Though decades old, Chaitraban Residency still looks neat and strong with very functional and aesthetic design of it's flats. One must see it to believe it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very close from baner phata,U dont need to enter the maddening traffic as u hv to do when u stay in other aundh areas. lush greenery,well maintained society,clean, security, lift, cross the road for daily shopping needs ,kirana,veggies n ample restaurants walking distance. Malls, reliance etc closeby. Old buildings so spacious flats. Best place to stay in aundh ?
