★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an honest review from a real customer. I bought wallpaper for my new home late 2015. The installation their expert did was not even perfect from the very first day. Thus, they had to send the guy for twice to make it presentable. However, in 2018 my dad called up and asked them to send an expert to fix the wallpaper as it is getting peeling off from the wall. So, gave us another no and told to send our address so that they can send an expert to repair. The day my dad had a talk and send the message was 1st Dec 2018. I am writing this review on 11th Apl 2019. Even after 132 days, nobody cares to come or replied to us. Nothing....!!!! And most importantly it was not a free service as if they were doing a favour. Still they don't bother. After sales service is zero.
The wallpaper I bought is in good condition. We take care of it properly. But the installation they did was not up to the mark. Those who visit our house always ask why is it getting peel off like this. I sent the entire scenario to their no in Whatsapp with the screenshot taken. They saw my message and did not bother to reply. So, I thought I should take the initiative to write an honest review of this shop. As it doesn't deserve to get 4.1 rating in Google.
