Though, some room of improvement is always there. Finishing is one which they should take care off. Very transparent and helpful staff.

However 49Ideal by Chandak group stood out because of the amazing elevation and great customer experience. The floor plans are really smart with great utility. The sales team was very cordial. They have provided amenities like roof top swimming pool and gym. Over and above every aspect where others struggle to complete their projects , Chandak has delivered this project before time. Hence the most trusted and customer centric developer in Mumbai.

They have gone out of their way to give clarity and the process has been seamless right from the booking to registration to loan processing and handover - every interaction has been handled very professionally. I dont know whats the problem they have. are they not able to sell any flats? really frustrated and how can they call someone with out taking consent and my mobile no is also in DND but every time they give call from different numbers. really bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked 2 apartments in so call Bay Garden, however, due to false promises made by the sales made me to withdraw. For making the booking they took Rs.1 lac as expression of interest with a promise to refund the same incase of cancellation. I cancelled my booking in the month of Nov20 and asked them to refund the money back , no response till 2 months. I get and intimation from sales/CRM team to submit some documents for refund process after much of followups. Post the documents were submitted (within fees hrs of intimation), I was informed that I have to wait for 45-60 days for refund??. It is again going to be a month now that my followups have started with no results.
Folks please be careful while dealing with such builder..your hard earned money will be at stake.
Avoid Chandak developers who just wants to suck your money and enjoy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only for the sales person named Priyanka Tripathi. Disgusting people you have, atleast one encountered by me. Her name is Priyanka Tripathi. Who does this? I told her to share the details of the property before I had purchased one. I got her what's app days later, I respectfully informed her that we have already purchased and her reply was - so why are you wasting my time. Kindly check the screenshot and her pic attached and take necessary action. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable from an employee of a reputed builder. Not even the question of being professional, it is utterly inhuman.
