★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Lift doesn’t work. No security at all. Ambience is not that pleasant for any wedding reception. The rooms are not upto the mark. It doesn’t deserve 1 star even. Its miserable.

Infact the banquet is situated in a great place that one can avail a cab or rickshaw easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal banquet hall with all the facilities. The bestest part is it has lift which many banquet don't have. For children and olders lift is very important coz they can't afford to climb up repeatedly. Banquet has spacious 4 floors that has bathrooms attached in it which is another a great feature. Present in a remote location that is easily traceable but ther is no parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a quite large banquet for all types of gathering - marriage, anniversary, birthday celebration. It's one of the top ceremony halls in that area.
Transportation is available there. But you won't be able to get from that point. You have to walk a bit to get an auto or bus.
To reach there from tollygunge metro station, you have to take auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good looking building. That's all. Service is worst. Doesn't have proper electricity capacity to run all the ac at a time. Pathetic generator service which can't take the load of all the floors with ac. Parking area is very far from the hall.
Associate flower decorator is a deceptive person, making false promises and delivers pathetic service.
Don't book this banquet for all the ac floors.
We had a worst experience recently and lost our respect and reputation.
