A wide variety of dry fruits, sweets, savouries, precut vegetables, chocolates etc are available, but prices are on the higher side, and the quality of service needs to be improved. Customers are taken for granted by both the owners and the staff, obviously because they consider their store to be operating in a sellers market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at chandan store recently...... I with my whole family visited at 1pm and purchased some sweets alongwith Rasmalai. When we asked the person at the fresh sweet section, there was no Rasmalai visible but he could get one box from downside, probably the last piece which might be old. We reached home at 3 after having lunch outside and my younger daughter tasted it and she told it Yak.(worst) but still we feed her knowing it must be good but when we tasted it, it was worst ....all stinking and smelling sour.....pathetic .... We felt sorry for my daughter....as forcefully we fed her.... Luckily no reaction or food poisioning was there.....I called the store and raised complaint.,... We requested them to take it back.....he told tomorrow person will pick it up......it cost me Rs.200..... it's never expected from such stores....we never experienced such things from Jhama, Sweet Bengal or Bikaner or any other sweet stores..... I will never visit this store again.... They are playing with customers health for pity money and serving expired stocks to kids and aged who are at risk.... I will also complain in Jago Grahak to have a check on such stores.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its one of the best stores in chembur. The store all quality products from national and international brands. Chembur as an area is an affluent space where people have the buying capacity. This store gives them the option to buy things which they miss out from their trips abroad and don't have to wait till they travel abroad. It also has a great variety of quality dry fruits.
The store also has a section for snacks and fresh food which you can pack for yourself or your guests. The staff is very cooperative in many ways. I would definitely recommend trying out their snack counter.
