Basic ingredients likeCream and chocolate chips not readily available but were sourced from some other shop which took around 30 mnts. did not give a proper taxpayed bill even upon insisting....i will not recommend this place to shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ❌They re showing the wholesale shop but actually they are the retailers and even they dnt give you the discount of 40 to 20 ruppees and if you buy from them then dnt expect for any discount from them.❌
They taught me the price on whatsapp less and when i went to took my items from their shop, the owner told me the another price which was higher than eariler! This is not the way first you told another amount and aftrwards reaching their the owner said another high amount ?. They must discuss the price with each other its not our problem. Even they don't know how to deal with the new customers also if we ask something about the items which we required ! The girl says tum pade likhe nahin ho kya jo puchhre ho!! Its just the way how they explain about their products to their customers to buy from them! We are the customers who ask the things very politely with them bcoz we are purchasing online and we must have the right to know about the products which we're going to take from them! We dont have that much knowledge about 9×9×5 inches or cm sizes of their boxes while they know this sizes nd calculation bcoz they are making and selling it, that's why i have asked to that lady can you just show me the pictures of them so that i can get some idea about the size and she replied me the answer by saying this kya tum pade likhe nahin ho jo itna nahi jante?!! Well what should i say to her ? she must don't have the knowledge about how to deal with a customer or to show some kindness. We are customers nd we will ask each and everything. It's their duty to clear our all doubt's but instead of this she was showing her attitude nd nature. She should be grown up and think before she speaks. So at last plz guys do not purchase anything from her. They don't know how to talk and give respect to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is really high,I'll not suggest buy material from this shop for business purpose,one 6inch board24 rs,vigyon fondant 590 per kg, ,which we can find somewhere more cheaper,all item was very expensive,I reached there by mistake by the Google help , becouse I have to make urgent delivery for my clients ,I can't explain more ,even guy was sitting there very rude ,this is my first and last visit there .

They will tell you exorbitant prices even higher than the market price.A bakeware that is of 250-280 in retail they sell for rs450 and pose themselves as wholesellers. Edible raw material isnt available with them so they get it from someone else. seems like they include the fee of the travel required to get those things while you will b waiting at their shop. Edible printed sheet that you get at 120-140/sheet from other stores and online ... they sell it for rs 240 each.(found out after buying from them when visited other stores online/offline both). They changed prices from what they mentioned before when asked.Please go on other stores you will find much cheaper products and professional dealers! Such a disappointment. they charge more but they will surely lose future customers like this. I didn’t read the reviews before going. Many people have complained about the same :-/.

Completely disappointing. Don't know the basic ethics of marketing. The same goodies on Amazon is way to cheap. They Just overcharge everything. Thr cake board In any local shop will charge you for 10-15 they give it for 28! Wow
