As usual, you can never expect a clean and good government hospitals in West Bengal. Here also the condition is same, here and there you can find people has spitted like anything. Walls are broken, not even properly coloured. At a glance you can be sure that the word Hygiene can never be spoken along with this place. Instead of all these situations you can find some good doctors, I hope that is enough for anyone to get some good treatments in less amount of money.

Very poor service. 50% people are excellent. 50% very rude.

Doctors unprofessional, unapproachable, and irregular. No personal care. Attendants are not responsible. Rude staff. Unhygienic and smelly washrooms. Cats and dogs run inside the ward galore! Terrible experience.

Good place for free treatment under west bengal govt. Hospital. This is a sub-divisional hospital. Well connected by road(gt road is just 1 minute walk),rail(10 minutes by auto easily available from station),ferry ghat (5-7 minutes by toto from ranighat easily available)

Place is big, area is good, location is good. This hospital has good doctors. Bed facilities are not up to the mark. needs to be much more clear and clean, general beds are not comfortable for patients, maintenance service should be upgraded. This hospital is a pride of chandannagar. we should have to take a good care of this hospital. It needs to be the hospital which can be popular with better and upgraded facilities.

Aya(caretaker) very rude behavior, They have demand for money. Not negotiated.

At present this is fully Covid Hospital. Doctors are good, but there is no way to know the condition of the patient. So there should be a patient party cell from where we can able to know the patient condition.

Doctors staff all are very bad they are not taking any treatment My mom was admitted in this hospital she is negative but doctor are taking injection through me daily basis 7000-10000 after that doctor was taken and given to my mom body that type of injection they are not testing any covid-19. He told to me your patient result postive RAT Test 29.12.21.After that I have got report through WB GOVT RT-PCR TEST Negative But they are not given any treatment and behave like positive and taking injection through market given with me and taking medicine and sale out through near market. Daily said your mom was better situation everything will be normal please give me some time she was better after that I have received a call from dctr 08..1.22 he said your patient was very good condition please send 2 days injection we have planned to leave in 10.01.22. i m so happy when I have listen this news after that I have gone to that day dctr said to me she is not good today platelets prblm we have taken blood test then i am saying please show me Doctor said if you not believe me then take out your patient and admit your patient anywhere that type of doctor talk to patient family members.Then i have said please meet with my mom at least one second I have just seen and then leave that place but they are talk to me like a very bad.i have also told I have given you as like a breakfast and I have given Rs100. Apart from that my mom is Asthma patient but he taken a injection and given to my mom the injection was reaction bcoz she is negative (Covid-19).and they are treated positive and after that my mom was died and they are not informed me my mom died before 3 days but they also taken a injection with me. They are informed me after 3 days of died and said your patient died 4 o'clock then why should he taken a injection for me They are very blunder theft with every corona patient. I am requesting you all the family members of my sister, brother, mother please don't admit your patient in this hospital.
