Rates are drastically low from city markets, depending on the quantity you buy. Situated at chandansar, virar east, near Government Hospital (approximately 2 to 3 kilometres from virar railway station)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place to get fresh vegetables at wholesale rate for bulk purchase. The place lacks basic infrastructure. Hopefully over a period of time it shall be bigger and a better place for traders. Nice initiative by VVMC to provide place for traders to do business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wholesale vegetable market. Good for bulk purchase. Parking is a problem, market starts at early morning daily, no weekly off. Mostly wholesale dealers do shopping early morning. For household customers is is suggested to come after 6.30. they start winding up by 9 am. Only morning market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only wholesale market of Virar. Fresh vegetables arrive early in the morning starting from 4am. Municipality has not provided proper place for this market. It's all mess and filthy, even worst during monsoon. There are traffic snarls on the main road because of no parking space. Authorities may try to improve it.
