★ ★ ★ ★ ★ यह मंदिर हरिद्वार में नील पर्वत पर स्थित है। चंडी देवी मंदिर सिद्ध पीठ के रूप में अत्यधिक पूजनीय है। लोक श्रुति के अनुसार चंडी देवी ने यही पर शुंभ और निशुंभ का वध किया था और कुछ समय यहां पर निवास किया था। ऐसा माना जाता है कि आठवीं शताबदी में आदि शंकाचार्य ने यहां मूर्ति की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा की थी।
यह मंदिर सुबह पांच बजे से रात्रि आठ बजे तक खुलता है। वैसे तो यहां साल भर भीड़ रहती है लेकिन चैत्र और शारदीय नवारत्रों यहां मेला लगता है जिस कारण से यहां पर ज्यादा ही भिर रहती है।
यह मंदिर हरिद्वार के हर की पौड़ी से पांच से छह किलोमीटर की दूरी पर है पहाड़ी पर स्थित है। पहाड़ी तक जाने के लिए आप अपनी गाड़ी ये वहां के लोकल टेम्पु का सहारा ले सकते हैं और वहां से आप पैदल ट्रैकिंग कर के भी का सकते हैं इसका ट्रैकिंग का रास्ता तीन से चार किलोमीटर का है या आप रोप वेे से भी मंदिर के लिए जा सकते हैं जिसके लिए वेटिंग पीरियड दो से तीन घंटे का लगता है। कार पार्किंग कि वहां कोई विशेष व्यवस्था नहीं है आप को अपनी कार रास्ते के किनारे ही खड़ी करनी पड़ेगी।
ऊपर पहाड़ी पर पहुंच कर आप को माता अंजनी और वीर हनुमान का मंदिर भी मिलेगा।
पहाड़ी पर पहुंच कर आप को हरिद्वार का बहुत ही मनोरम दृश्य दिखाई देगा
 This temple is located on the Neel Parvat in Haridwar. Chandi Devi Temple is highly revered as Siddha Peetha. According to the folk Shruti, it was here that Chandi Devi killed Shumbha and Nishumbha and resided here for some time. It is believed that in the eighth century, Adi Shankacharya gave the life of the idol here.
The temple opens from five in the morning to eight in the night. Although it is crowded throughout the year, but fair is held here due to Chaitra and Shardiya Navratras, due to which there is more presence here.
This temple is located on a hill, five to six kilometers from Har ki Pauri in Haridwar. To get to the hill, you can take your car, resort to the local tempo and from there you can also trek on foot, its trekking path is three to four kilometers or you can go to the temple from ropeway. For which waiting period takes two to three hours. There is no special arrangement for car parking, you have to park your car on the side of the road.
On reaching the hill above, you will also find the temple of Mata Anjani and Veer Hanuman.
On reaching the hill, you will get a very panoramic view of Haridwar.

Lots of people visit this temple on daily basis and daily prasad Langer is also served here. Lots of people on way to Delhi and Saharanpur stop here for darshan and offering. Very traditional place.
