★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very critical & essential addition to Chandivali & Powai considering the sheer number (& still growing) of residential & commercial establishments in these areas. Also, with the increasing issue of traffic from every direction into this area, quick access of fire tenders from other locations will always be an issue and pose a major risk in case of any eventuality.
However the fire station now needs to have some bigger fire engines to cater to the ever increasing number of high-rises in the area – a much required civic amenity.
