If you are in New Jaipur and want to get yourself directly in Pink City, this is best transportation option for you. This is Last stoppage of Metro Phase 1. Chandpol Metro Station is mostly crowded metro station because of this is only Metro Station in The Wall (Pink City). First Metro from the station is available at 6.25 and the last Metro from here to Mansarovar, is available @9.20 pm. Fare is variable according to distances and divided in three slots. First is up to Railway station, fare is 6 rupees, Second is up to Shyam Nagar, fare is 11 rupees and the third is up to 17 rupees. These roads can still cater the today's traffic requirement without much modification. Junctions of city still catering traffic movements safely. Old city has Markets on main road. Chandpole Market is major market. It has shops of grain, spices, oil, other groceries. The rates are low and quality of various commodities are very good. Due to these people from distant parts of city and nearby villages come to the Chandpole Market.

Construction Physical construction work on the Jaipur Metro started on 24 February 2011. JMRC consulted the DMRC on rapid transit operation and construction techniques. The first line of the Jaipur Metro was opened to public by Vasundhara Raje, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, on 3 June 2015, and thus, it became the sixth rapid transit system in India. Phase 1-B of the project started operating on 23 September 2020.

No parking facilities. To much attraction to see like Hawa Mahal, badi Chopad,choti Chopad, Jaipur's famous markets are here.
