★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This banquet is great for any occasion. I attended a wedding party recently. Though there are several reviews regarding the place like-good place for parties/celebration of 50people.
Though it depends on how many floors your are booking.
If you are booking the entire banquet, it case easily accomodate 150-170 people as the crowd will distribute to all the floors.
One may found the corridor area is bit small compared to modern banquets, where ammenities are much focused by the host. The corrodor space is just the minimum space that can be managed. But elevator facilities is available. The elevator is not big and can accomodate 3 people conviniently. The rooms are also spacious.
Nearest landmark is- Punjab and Sind bank (Laketown branch).
If you are unaware of this banquet, you can book a Cab.
Otherwise...
If you are planning to come from Dumdum Side by Auto/usual route.
Take one auto from Dumdum station to Nagerbazar. Fare is Rs10/person.
From Nagerbazar, take an auto to Jessore Road. Fare is Rs 10/person.
Cross the road and then take auto till Laketown More. Fare is Rs 10/person.
Cross the road and ask anyone for the direction of Punjab and sind bank. The next to next building is the banquet.

we are very happy with the venue and the service provided. the venue is well maintained and high quality. the people managing the place have attention to details and are very accommodating.
the floral arrangements were very good quality.
the venue has three floors in total and is suitable for bigger functions.
