★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a proverb in Kannada, which says that "one should not do business with a person whose stomach is full". This aptly applies to this store.
They have some nice collection of hardware items. I can't comment on the cost of it, as it depends on the quality.
But the sales staff don't give proper feedback for the hardware items. (For example, they will recommend one type of door handle, and another type of hinges which may not match). Ultimately the customer is the looser.
The less said about the store manager sitting in the cash counter, is better. He always plays the kids "statue" game, I mean he is a like a statue. Not even least responding to your complaints.
It was once upon a time, a good store. Now their stomach is full. Their service has gone down the drain. I will never ever visit this store in my life again.
