★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.and Staff were rude,arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude and bad smell. They know how to make money from patients . Totally I wasted my whole day .I tooked my appointment in morning and my turn come in 3pm.and dr. Suggested for ultrasound and my turn come in evening so whole day is waste of time. So I request to people once check the reviews then go to clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience Ever. Doctor is good but whole day time waste and staff behaviour is very bad.
A female person that is some fatty on reception talks to badly and always tried to get emergency number only whether the case is normal or hard. Very poorly she talks to the patients and also their colleagues who came with them to visit the doctor. She done her duty only for emergency number no preference given to time. Only money is priority. Hateful service should be terminated.

Rashmi Agarwal is very good and knowledgeable doctor , I highly recommend her for those who are getting unsatisfied result from anywhere they should visit the Dr, Rashmi for once . but I highly disappoint from the Staff which is not good , staff and doctor are inversely proportional to each other means doctor is no doubt highly good but staff is highly bad . cleanliness is missing , urine smell always come . Doctor is highly occupied with patient you may wait for long haul .
My 5 star rating is for doctor only and 0 for staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience recently. Dr Rashmi is very rude and greedy . She misbehaved with his daughter in law(infertility specialist)and son(Urologist). So both have now left hospital. Old Dr Rashmi is still equally rude and charged us 75000 for hysterectomy (jabki pehle baat 28000 ki hui thi )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor might be good but they are just minting money. It's a pure business.
Long wait queues, even if you get the appointment a day before.
There is a concept of emergency, for which they charge double amount, but still you will have to wait for hours.
Further, they refuse to provide payment receipt for emergency case, I.e. double payment.
Every attedant tells you a different story behing waiting like there is an emergency case, there are 4 emergency cases etc.
Even once the receptionist told us that doctor will see to us when she likes.
When we asked for refund and said that we don't want tyour treatment, they just asked for additional 700/- (800 normal that we already paid and additional 700 for emergency without any payment receipt) and we got the appointment in next 2 minutes. The appointment system is a total sham here.
Doctor prescribes only those medicines which are available at this clinic only and that too at 3 times the general price. God save this society from such doctors.
Pathetic experience. Must not visit.
