★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was a-ok. Visited to report a debit card fraud (Card skimming) and the moment I walked it was exactly like a movie set. Crims in jail, loud arguments in another room, drunk teens being let off from their petty crimes. I had to ask another person, was there any shooting happening. Well, my assumptions were put to rest immediately. I had to slap myself to nail some sense in understanding this place is real and everything I saw was real. Now, coming back to reporting the crime. They seem to be averse in accepting or acknowledging (IT or Hi-tech crime) something like card skimming happens for real. They out right rejected anything like that happened until I sought assistance in speaking to an inspector who was kind enough in providing right direction on logging a compliant with cyber crime cell. I wish the rest of the staff are educated and sensitizes in understanding such situations and provide assistance in logging compliant.

I really appreciate his professional excellence and respectful manner. I appreciate his way of investigation & the way he treats criminals and I think he do his job very well. I had been to chandra layout police station to give compliant against my brother-in-law for physically harassing my sister. I wish him the best."

I visited here once during lockdown.
I went there to enquire about Vehicle pass for inter district travel.
They refused to provide pass. They don't have this kind of facility.
Except this, all good.
Staff's are doing well, they are supportive.
There is enquiry block in entrance, you can raise queries here.
Its located in front of Chandra layout Post Office.
