★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was definitely a pleasant stay at Chandrakant Villa. Room and bathroom were spacious. Mattresses and blankets were clean. We were provided soaps, shampoo, and water bottle. As this place is in a residential complex, it feels kind of safe here. Also, it is near College road, so there are n number of eateries around it. Home owner is quite a polite individual and also a travel enthusiast himself. He suggested us various places to visit and things to do.
As unmarried/unrelated couples are not allowed in this property, you can expect only decent customers coming here. Also, as this villa is in good locality, there is no noise all day long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best part was ample secured gated parking for my car.. so no stress as I bought a new car... room is clean n fresh good big villa with lots of tree n plants loved the strategic location masala tea was good... achi was new n cool..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice decision to stay here as was a calm silent villa with private garden trees yet in heart of city nearby hotel bon viviant n shagun dining was very tasty pandit colony is good area with all shops n outlet auto can be easily hired from main road . Big room clean room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice and cosy home stay , the owner himself is very courteous and helping. If you wanna try something different than regular hotel experience , you must try Chandrakant villa , place is clean , spacious, homely, silent and in the heart of the city. But remember, this is not a typical hotel , if you are looking for hotel like amenities , then you dont get them , it's like your own home... liked it!!!

No wardrobe for clothes...
Suitcase has to be kept on the bed...
Stray dogs in the area start barking at 1am and keep barking till dawn.
No housekeeping to clean the room daily.
Owner is just making some extra income with his room which is in a dilapidated condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the room at ground floor which has a separate entry from the house. Clean Spacious room. Washroom clean,spacious 8/10.Only 1 parking inside the gate apart from owner's car. Breakfast chargeable. Soaps,shampoo,bottled water provided. TV available,don't know about channels
