โ โ โ โ โ Excellent builder with good ethics and values followed especially in this construction field we can't see such a wonderful builder and down to earth personality. Good location peaceful area,near to highway, Educational hub and having high chance of fast pace development in future. Individual blocks and flats with no common wall sharing..the best gated community in such a nice atmosphere I had never ever seen before even in metros with an excellent affordable price. It's fantastic interms of cost and quality wise. Rocking venture ....and game changer in the current market with committment. Hats off Ramaiah Venu Garu for your guts and kindness towards fulfilling the common man dream of having an own home under budget. Totally impressed !!! Exited to see few more projects from you in Major cities.

โ โ โ โ โ Not great but okish quality. Not so well planned construction that it can claim as posh or luxurious or detail finishing. This is true in terms of parking space and vehicle approach - may be for small cars, finishing of flats/walls/model house false roofing, number of pillars in cellar, blindly painting over calling bell switches, tilted flat number plates, weird or congested flat layout plan, balconies and utilities in some flats surprise with a common corridor, hardly any space for sofa opposite TV area so have to put in corner, last but not least weird flat numbering that I saw in 20 yrs. But still just a good choice if all one wants is a decent shelter but not a superb community and home. Plan for demand over next 10-15 yrs. May be ok for first time home buyers at a low budget plan but do not expect nice rental income. Occupancy rate is very low though mostly in phase 1 are bought.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the peaceful place to stay in Rajahmundry. It's a gated community with all the amenities. Far from the city with minimal air pollution levels, majority of the owners who staying here will have fresh air, pure water and quality life for the sure. Near to GSL hospital, Nannayya University, GIET college and more.
Top class construction quality. Visit this place with an intention to give a non polluted environment for your family, and this Chandrika Avanthika gated community is not suitable for the people who would like to stay next to their office in the city.

โ โ โ โ โ Worstt construction.Don't get fooled before buying one.we own a flat and it is full of repairs.plumbing work is too worst every where there are leakages and the management is not responding to complaints.They have taken money for lift,Generator,parking slot and they haven't provided till now and they are lot of fullfilments yet to be done.Dont go through the reviews given by local guides.
