★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chandu ki Dukaan is the place for all your fancy dress and costume requirements. It is a great place for all harried parents who are looking for something for their children and their school events and functions.
There are dresses for hire. And these usually are at a reasonable charge, of course with the mandatory refundable deposit, which is also reasonable. The reason for the lack of a five star rating is the condition of some of the dresses. They can be maintained well according to me - not left ragged and torn or worn out.
There are dresses that one can buy as well. And even get it stitched. We have bought one before but that's because it was in a good shape and also we felt it would be used on other occasions.
The store is also a good choice for various decorations and parties.
