★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though already they charge huge for silver jewellery, still the rounding off for bill was 1.74₹. Actual bill value was 1038.26₹. Dont know how the calculation are done by this big businesses. They care only for business and not for customer.
Edited - For digital transactions, there is anyway no issue for change, then why still the rounding off ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally from Baramati town of Pune district, we have been visiting Chandukaka Saraf and Sons since the late 80's. The customer service over here is excellent. The designs are also beautiful and the ambience of the place is calming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience of bad customer experience?This jewellery shop considers the customer in two segments ?
Golden Customers: Staff treated me well, showed me many options and offered me juice. I love it. And it was high peak time.
Silver Customers: when I went for buying silver - the staff treated me like hell; no options and an arrogant response. It was like, “Lena hai toh lo warna jao”.
I observed their ground floor staff was confused a bit and had less product knowledge.
I gave 2*star because I liked the segments treatment ?? but even this shop doesn't deserve the single star.
This is all about my experience with Chandukaka Saraf. I know few customers would not agree with my experience because not everyone is lucky like you ✌️.

Process(Segments): 2/5
Happiness: 2/5
I didn't rate the gold price and make charges because almost I found ? the same rate across the other shops. I visited this shop for the commute flexibility.
