★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place 20 days ago because we expected the same service as we got through the 8 yrs. We bought 2 dresses, 2 Kurtis and told them to alter them for urgent, which were not altered properly even after giving them 4 hours for "urgent alteration". After I bought those home I noticed that one of the kurti had a hole (torn maybe because of old fabric (Photo uploaded below)). They just talk sweet and deceive you in some way. Pathetic service. Not recommended!

FYI - I visited the store all the way from Pune. And I was leaving for Pune that day itself, that is why we were asking for alteration in urgent. Otherwise I know the reputation of your shop and that is what made me come to the shop despite the hurried visit. I Agree to your response. Can you assure me the exchange or full refund of the defective garment and proper alteration of other garments anytime when I visit Aurangabad?
