1. Service is very bad.
2.Speed post or register post is not available.
3.Now post facility is also not available.
I think it needs more improvements. Some few changes can attract more people. Otherwise slowly the post office will be closed for it's bad service.
I strongly recommend you that if you want register or speed post then go straight KTPP. There speed post is available.
