★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered for the first time a herbal supplement in Charak. While I have not experienced their product, I am writing to comment on their delivery partners - shiprocket and delhivery. The delivery person was rude and abusive in both phone as well as in person. My mom could not climb stairs. He said only if my mom climbs down he will deliver. Since my mom could not climb down he came and was showing insulting gestures and did not deliver and left. I left numerous messages in email to Charak pharma's grievance and customer care. But no response to my emails. I see that there are few reviews that says otherwise. But I seriously doubt if they are unbiased reviews and I do not believe that Charak is capable of good customer care. It is a perfect match of stars between charak and delhivery. Both going down in customer care. I will never, ever order another supplement at Charak pharma.
