★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought inverter batteries from them but after 12 months power back from batteries up was almost zero some day. I called on their no. given in their bill. A lady picked up phone and I told her this issue and asked if any technician can visit to see if any minor issue is there. She straight forward denied as if they don't have to do anything with my issue and I have made mistake in asking this help.
However after few days they attended my concern and provided solution. So I am ok now with their service
