★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like you only get two bikes here, one fascino and the other FZ. The way to the workshop is very narrow and it is difficult to turn the bike once inside, the staff here is suspicious?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine the worst service you can imagine and visit them and Charapale Motors Yamaha Islampur will exceed your expectations of being the worst service provider even then. Very disappointed with their overall attitude towards customers. I recommend not to visit them if you want it to be a delightful experience.
Why you ask? Well here are the reasons
1. Your time is not valuable to them. Office hours start at 9:30, the only person present there at the time will be you, if you ever decide to go. Their office starts at 10 for staff.
2. Your needs and wants? They will ask for them but will they deliver? Partially... That too depends on availability of workforce, whether they are willing and how patient you are with them when they tell you to get it done from elsewhere.
3. Coordination(with customer and within the staff) and Charapale Yamaha don't go hand in hand.
4. The worst laid back attitude amongst the staff.
I am extremely agitated and furious right now for this is the one of the worst experiences of my life.

Worst experience.
They charge me 850 service charge to replace brake pads. Material cost excluded.
