Outstanding experience it was ordering here the dum baked awadhi mutton biryani here. Also excellent covid 19 norms are followed by the team here.
It was a pleasure ordering from them. The delivery was timely maintained here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Ordered from swiggy. It was worst biryani I tasted. It was half cooked and smelling rotten. It was too late to order anything else so I had to cook late night. I complained and their person responded by asking me details. They had my no. to call me but wanted me to narrate again again about the complaint they already had (How un-professional.) And then when I got angry, they offered me one more of that biryani. I asked for refund, which they refused. As the name suggests, expect charcoal if you order from here.

1)Afghani Chicken Seekh
2)Makhmali Afghani Chicken Tikka
3)Nautanki Paneer Makhni
All three Biryani's were Amazing in taste the packaging was great
DELIVERY was Smooth & on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Place is a Biryani Specialist Food Outlet. Ordered Ustadi Hyderabadi Biryani, Gulab Jamun, Malai Paneer Starter, Chocolate Paan.
Let me tell you the quality of food was really good. There was taste in every bite we had, though it be a sweet or spicy biryaani. All types of Biryanis are a Must Must Must Tryyyy.
We really loved it. Will surely order again

The quantity is very gracious for 2 people easily. The biryani was very well made along with mild flavors with no so spicy yet mild with the perfect blend of spices and the makhani gravy blend in well with the rice and the aroma is very strong and mild with soft paneer going perfectly well with the onion raita. The first time i have had veg seekh kebab and i must say the kebab is very soft touch to the filling well tandoored making it have a nice smokey touch to the kebab. Best finished meal with khoya Gulab Jamun totally loved the soft and not so sweet gulab jamun. Also must say the chocolate pan was a total cherry on the cake. Loved my delivery experience at Charcoal eats.

Packaging was really good. Biryani was packed in silver foil & placed in the good quality cardboard box. Onion salad in curd was accompaniment. Chocolate paan was complimentary.
Taste of Biryani was really good.
Too many chicken pieces which were soft, tender and boneless. Also well marinated.
Biryani was not overpowered with any essence or too much oil. Well balanced taste.
Onion Curd Salad was good.
Chocolate paan was awesome.
I would definitely recommend this Biryani.

I ordered Chicken Roll , Chicken Biryani, Afghani Chicken Kabab, Chaas and Malai Phirni.
All the dishes was delicious and tasty. Biryani was too tasty. Quality of food was also great and amazing.
Talking about packaging it was very clean and Good.
Delivery was also so quick and on time.
Great Experience ?

The presentation of all dishes were good. The biryani serves 1 person which contains 3-4 small pieces of chicken. I loved the aroma & taste of both biryanis but the Makhmali chicken biryani is my fav.
The price is little on higher side but the quality is taken care.
The kebabs were so flavourful served with mint curd chutney , onion rings & lemon. The portion could have been little more but overall it was good.
End your meal perfectly with phirni & chocolate paan.
