★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who received the call was talking very rudely......I asked her to help the stray dog of my colony whose collar bone was dislocated by an accident but instead of giving help she was asking who has done this to dog....... How would I know that who has injurned the dog .... I saw the dog and immediately called her for help but she was very rude...... I thought their organisation will give help but she simply gave me the number of nagar nigam bhopal and asked me to call them and they will further help you........And till next day I had not received any help...... the dog is in so much pain.....

The lady who picked the call was talking rudely and was like "Han kya h? Kaam kya h?"
And then gave me the contact no. of nagar nigam and said "wo use le jayenge or fir wo wapis ayega ya ni wo nhi pata".. It was of no help because nagar nigam would have picked him nd leave him in the jungle to die.. She didn't even bothered about the life of that dog
There is no option of giving less than 1 star.. otherwise it would be 0 or even in minus

Not helpful at all. Please don’t connect with them. This should be closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to rescue a street cat who was attacked by street dogs. The lady who picked up the call talked very rudely saying that nobody comes for such small animal. A normal human being can take care of it.
I was really angry. The cat needed special care. It was so injured that I was scared to touch it as I could have harmed it more. And so were other people in our colony.
The lady did not even bothered to ask details of how bad the situation is.

And I request u to all to help animals coz they are part of our society. God has given us such a wonderful gift to us and we have to take care of them?????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called the ngo as one puppy in my colony was suffering from skin infection and when the phone was connected one lady picked the call and talked very reudely. I had asked her for help and she just refused. If these kind of people are working in this NGO then no one should give them charity and stop asking them for the help, as according to their behavior it seems that they had started this organization for business, money and their self motives, they don't care for providing any help to any one.
