★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got some really nice collection, but for customer dealing and manners, I give them a zero. Pathetic. They don’t have any lady to help the customers inspite of dealing in ethnic for women. The manager there says he takes all the measurements and took mine too, but created a mess out of the outfit that bought. The blouse was made so short that there was no scope of mending it. It didn’t even cover my chest. Besides it was so small in size too. The ends were pasted with glue instead of stitched. It came out so easily. The dupatta was crunched and not ironed properly.
And the worst part, I went there and the manager starts blaming me for everything. Talks to me like he’s my customer. Won’t listen or own up to anything. Won’t even use common sense. Used some term for sticking instead of stitching and only when I said I want stitches in my dress, he was okay. For ironing dupatta property, he claimed the tailor would instead taunt him if he asks him to do it properly. For the blouse too he blamed me, like I would ask him to make one for me which wouldn’t even cover my chest. Pathetic is the word. He literally wouldn’t let me speak. Plus, all the blame is put on the customer. They don’t have the courtesy to own up to their faults. It’s just the money that they care about, customer satisfaction is not in their policy. It’s better one prefers brands over this shop because they atleast take their customers seriously! For Charming, 18/20 ka farak chalta hai.
