★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just a money making machine. On their rate card they have written RICA wax but they use Richelon wax as Rica. I raised this issue they said this is Rica only. Neither pre or post wax gel of Rica brand was applied. They used a pathetic post wax oil. Highly unprofessional behavior from the staff as they keep on digging to take a higher price service. And literally the service is horrible. To all those who prefer Rica wax, please do not go here as they some local brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. I got my Keratin done on 7th July. Today is 15th July and my hair is back to the prior-keratin stage. Total waste of money. I guess they used water instead of the keratin liquid/chemical (whatever it is called).

I always take hair services from Rashid and sometimes from Mintu both are fabulous.. They both have great experience, knowledge of thr work. And rest services I take from Kajal and she is also awesome, experienced and very well trained. I really love the atmosphere..!! All staff members are welcoming, and talented..!! Always keep going like this..
