β β β β β It runs buses connecting various cities of madhya pradesh state. Luggage facility available.
Office has no amenities for seating of passenger plus snacks shop around the bus stop has limited food variety/options.
All other private player such as hans, smr etc have their office in same campus so convenient.

β β β β β The mentioned parcel was booked from Indore for the Jabalpur with assurance that it would be delivered as soon as bus reaches Jabalpur.
The parcel contains the perishable contents with limited self life.
Today when we are trying to get the parcel from the Jabalpur office, they upfrontly refused to deliver before 1 and their behavior is very rude. Their response is that they are not concerned whether it's persshible parcel or what.Its non of their concern.

β β β β β I received parcel through their service however I was late 2 days, but in that that time my parcel packaging was teared, they told me that it done by mouse may be. If it is so then it poor service.
