★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bus, very old vehicle being used , lots of vibrations and noises in the travel , and unnecessary 3 long stops of almost 20 mins each ,
Bus took 6 hours to reach Guna which can be covered very comefortablely in 4-4.30 hours ,
I don't recommend this bus service ,
Company should change the buses and also make them rum fast and no stopagges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stopping is located at Nearby Bus depot, front side fruits market. The Bus facility is safe and fast for Travelling. Bus tracking facilities available, but AC bus is not available at Shajapur to Indore. The Non AC bus only available at this Shajapur terminal.

And Destination time management is very good. Staff behaviour is passenger friendly. I booked my tickets but incidentally two time debited my ticket amount but lots of thanks online department and other senior officials cancelled my one ticket and credited back the amount on source. Thank you entire chartered Bus services team.
