I bugged them multiple times as it was arriving little late due to some unavoidable circumstances and my function was close, but they are so good with customer, answered each query with patience and cooperate with every possible way. I will buy more for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ charukriti excels at providing excellent quality sarees. but i had an extremely unpleasant experience this time. they sent me a wrong saree which is still not been replaced even after repeated intimations. i want to know who heads charukriti? i want to escalate this case. mere sending emails or talking relentlessly to their customer service reps yielded no solution to my problem. it's now almost 5 months i have repeatedly been in touch, but there is just no solution to my problem. why should i pay for a saree that i not ordered

They have perfect saree range for your everyday to any event needds. Best part is I got flat 20% discount on 3 sarees. My mom and I really loved the every saree though I didn't expect it. Also, they deliver this order within 2 days. I would highly recommend to give it a try instead of buying from designer try out their marvellous collection. I'm in so love with Charukriti saree❤️
