★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys please don't buy from them because they sell very poor quality frames. I bought 2 frames 4 months ago and both got serious quality issues. While the eye glass frame broke on it's own, the powered Sunglasses got rust and became very bad in condition. Please check the pics and see the quality yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 pairs of spectacles from their shop after they claimed that they have changed their name from Lenskart.
1. We got our eyes tested at the store. Mine with no power and my wife’s 0.75 and 0.
2. We opted for one of the best glasses they offered from their own brand (antiglare, anti scratch coating, blah blah blah).
3. When the specs were delivered it had a hologram on glasses (cash) written on them which was causing problem. On using the spectacles seems like the glasses were not uniform so when you look around...all the walls and roads were moving.
4. The glasses when delivered were full of scratches. Most importantly the glasses when spotted cannot be cleaned and requires too much of effort which you do not expect from good quality glasses.
5. We went to their store to report this issue and they took our specs with a promise to rectify this.
6. On 26 jan 2019 we received our specs back and guess what....the glasses were full of scratches and the watermark was not gone.
7. Poor and pathetic way to sell cheap quality glasses. Sincerely do not recommend this store.
P.S.: the specs were not even worn for 5 minutes and are now lying useless.

I believe either you do not understand english or just trying to play dumb.
1. The lenses are blurred not because of power but rather than the issue that they cannot be cleaned easily along with the poor quality probably because of cheap quality glass used.
2. The prescription for eyeglasses was not provided by us but our eyes were tested at your shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst products. Glasses are not scratch resistant even after taking 3000 rupees for it. They start to catch up scratch within 15 days and also catch dirt. Frame quality is also not upto mark. I would recommend lenskart as they have far more superior frames and glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff needs to be trained on how to be accountable to a particular customer, whom to serve first, stick to their commitments and be humble enough to accept the faults at their end. While the store succeeds in providing good quality frames, what they fail at is their 'not so caring' /lenient attitude in providing after services. Getting a customer is one thing but retaining one is other.
Hence, a suggestion to the store is to train the staff in addressing customer grievances in a humble way and accepting their faults over and above everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop back in December 2021, got a pair of lenses and frame. The marketing skills of employees are 10/10, but the technical expertise are extremely poor due to which I faced a really barbaric issue with the vision. My frame was cracked by March, 2022 and since my glasses were expensive i could not plan to get new ones so I wanted those glasses to get fixed in a new frame. I visited the store and very unprofessionally and with lack of technical expertise they fixed my glasses in a frame with no axis and angle fixed since my vision got disturbed for an entire day. I do not recommend this palce at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place after one of my friends have got her glasses made from here. I was impressed with the quality and customer service. The sales person at the store was very polite and directed us well in what type of lens to choose from. She ,unlike, other stores didn't push us to go for an expensive one but suggested the one that she felt was apt for my needs. I am giving four stars because by mistake they gave my friend's mother someone else's glasses and she had to go again to get them changed. Apart from this i would say, it was a good experience and their range was affordable too.
