Quality product and after sales service is equally important to run the business, I am sorry to say but I have a very bad experience with Chashmish.. I bought three different items but all are not as per the expected quality.no value for money...
better we should go at small place where we can get better services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite of advance intimations for urgent requirement of eye glases , they committed to deliver in same day and took our exissitng glasses. But the same are not delivered.
THEY JUST SAY GOOD THINGS AT THE TIME OF TAKING ORDERS BUT WORST SERVICES ON COMMITMENTS & DELIVERIES.
They are also V High in prices

Never ever go to this place,
i spent more money on them products, i bought frames and glass and also contact lenses but after that i have to through it.... they guys do only keeping arguments and do nothing...
And they suggested a wrost eye doctor to check up my eye, even doctor not listening what i have problems....
There is no such a star to give them....
DONT GO here......
It's waste of money and waste of time...
They guys wants only and only sell their products that's it.... after that they guys re not responding properly.......

My expensive frame broken in 2 months due to cheap quality product they are selling in high price and my warranty is remaining 3 months to expire but they told that they will not do anything in this issue
I recommend not to purchase any products from here.
Beware of fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited chashmish store in naranpura branch almost 2 weeks ago with my mum. I live in UK but buy from this branch.
Extremely happy with overall experience. I bought 2 prescription glasses and 1 sunglasses. Very happy with it. My mum also bought 1 prescription glasses.
Staff named Harish was extremely helpful listened patiencely our needs and showed the best. Lots of choice to choose from and best experience.
Will be visiting again when I visit India.
Thankyou so much for an amazing experience.

But when i opened it the lenses were broken.
Also, I showed to them they didn’t checked it properly.. i am not satisfied and had a worst experience. The prices were more compare to lenskart.
