There are minor grievances during the installation but the team (Arun, Itish and Pavan) handled it very well and the finished product looks good for the money that we spent. There are minimal signs of cost cutting and they use products that were promised during the initial discussions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited their office following recommendation by a neighbour. Gave the detailed requirement and was told I'll receive a quote in 2-3 days. Waited for 4 days and yet didn't receive the quote. I called them requesting if they can share the quote as I was in final stage to finalize the interior team. Was told they will share it in a day (No apologies for the delay). Waited for almost 3 more days and yet no response.
Such a poor customer service..utterly disappointed. I wonder if they are like this during the initial stages, how will they behave once you have booked theory service and paid for it.

Need to do work on giving daily/timely updates of the project. Overall they are approachable anytime ( at least for me).

Family dreamt of. Very calm and supportive team, really great work. I would definitely recommend you to go for chattel design without any second thought if you are planning to go for interior designing of your home.

Besides their experience and knowledge have been really useful whilst the work was going on, they are a friendly and professional team that helped us make our new house our home. We are very happy with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itisha has been great. She’s been very responsive, she listens to my points of view and he adopts a collaborative approach to design. She’s open to suggestions, but will stick to her guns (where needed) as well.
Overall, I think she’s a fantastic interior architect that listens to the client whilst remaining true to her design vision and aesthetic.
I would definitely recommend their services!
