★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me friend and I were craving authentic South Indian food. We decided to go to chattynadu for dinner.
Located on the 1st floor of vyapar kendra, we found a corner table and the restaurant was relatively empty, except one other table. The waiter was very helpful with suggestions and what would be the best to have.
The dosa, idli, mutton, filter coffee and payasam were par excellence and left our bellies happy and full. The service was prompt and they were quick to pack our leftover food as we couldn't finish it all (yes, the portion sizes are great!)
The vibe at the restaurant is very nice and I will definitely go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuffed ourselves with a full blown Onam Sadhya...afaik it was quite authentic with all the bells and whistles of a Kerala Onam Sadhya.
The ambience is a little worn out though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We expected this Onam to go smooth until we got to this restaurant. Although the Onam sadya was authentic and had the right flavours, Utter chaos and lack of coordination between hotel staff led to a lot of people complaining and shouting at the front desk for reservations and takeaways.
And the kitchen being outside the restaurant adds to more disarray when the main door is constantly being used. Two north Indian staff who were serving the Onam sadya had no faintest idea of what items are in a Sadya.
The front desk guy was more like a tele caller picking calls and saying sorry to everyone who dropped in at that time.
All this was being witnessed for long 40 minutes of the time that I was made to wait for the Sadya.
Everyone around were apparently frustrated and visibly regretful of spending their Onam at a shoddy place.
Overall a forgetful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant food. I loved how it was great in taste yet not oily. Personally i am not a connoisseur, so cant vouch if it was "authentic" south Indian but it was a treat for the taste buds. Staff was polite, and served us well.
Ambience was not too great, but not too bad either. It had an attempt for south indian touch. but the moisture laden walls were a put off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very centrally placed in Sushant Lok Block C Gurgaon. The food tastes very good . The portion are decent . Taste is closed to authentic one which is served good hot. You may definitely like it . They are under renovation so don't go by the looks , just wait for the servings . Your cravings would be adequately satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Palakatti Patani Masala (PPM) with Malabari Parotta and a Mysore Masala Dosa (MMD). The PPM was delicious with one of the best authentic taste in Delhi NCR. The MMD was great, but missing the taste of authentic Mysore masala. Also, we ordered a filter coffee, which was just okayish.
