Dal ka masala was first introduced in 1908, in India, by Late Vaidh Pandit Ram Gopal Chaturvedi. He grinded, mixed and packed the masala manually and single handedly. Following his father's footsteps, Late Pandit Mahesh Pahalwan took over all the responsibilities in 1937. He strived hard to bring the taste of this unique masala to every home.
Currently, the third and fourth generations of the family are carrying forward the legacy of their ancestors. They have diligently maintained the purity and quality of this unique masala. Moreover, they have introduced 50 more variants to the company including Chat Masala, Garam Masala, Chana Masala, Kasoori Methi, Haldi Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Mirch Powder, Amchur, Jeera, Ajwain, Rai and Saunf along with others.
The company 'Chaubejee' has been certified with FSSAI. It is AGMARK approved with ISO 22000 for its cleanliness and for following proper standards in food industry such as using Food grade material in its process.
