★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management, staffs are ill-mannered.
They would neither help with queries in the center nor will they ever answer the calls.
Also the covid related precautions are not at all taken care. No usage of sanitizers, no compulsion of mask, anyone and everyone can enter irrespective of the fact if they are taking covid precautons into consideratio
The management needs to have better staff force and not just focus on minting money. Please understand the fact that patients are not there to see your irresponsible and rude behavior!
I would have preferred to opt for 0 stars for the kind of irresponsible service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to your centre for bmd prescribed by Dr a.k lall.the behavior of madam who perform procedures of bmd was insulting. In course of conversation she said " aap ke aisa roz aate Jamie rahte hai.i am 75 years retirees of sbi.and my wife shakuntala devi is 70.pleas shook in the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaudhry imagine service is very very bad and very poor facilities for patients and after collection of checks samples they are not giving reports on time repeatedly they are giving uncertain time for report and also behavior of staffs is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service..They do not tell about test timing also take high charges for test.Reports never come on time, simply if you want to have test then you need to visit 3 or 4 days..Staff behavior is pathetic..I strongly recommend you boycott this laboratory..##fraud ##chaudhriimaging

I suggest people please ask test price first and compared with other centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veryyy veryyy veryyy expensive. They charge 1700 for ultrasound, 6100 for brain MRI and 12000 for brain MRI plus orbit. I regret coming here and paying 12000, I could have gone to some other place and get this done under 8000.
