He is just a middle man eating the money of other bus owners, he never forward bus fare to the actual bus owner and they make a big scene by stopping bus enroute and they ask for the fare to move the bus forward. Fraud Alert! Fraud Alert! Fraud Alert.

I request so many times but he didn't change.

NEVER PLAN YOUR TOUR WITH THEM!
Worst experience ever from a travel agency! They don't have enough drivers. I looked for a travel agency on Google, this agency showed up at 4th in the result and I called them. We agreed on a price for a specific car. But they sent the different car with less boot space. And the driver asked for more money then the agreed amount. I told him that your agency and I have agreed on a certain price. Still, he wanted more and even used abusive language.
