β β β β β A wonderful spice, and an excellent alternative to grinding your own. It is a bit on the strong side so I would consider using a little less than your recipes calls for. Of course everyone has different taste, maybe it won't be strong enough for someone else. Try it out and see. And it give my dishes greate kick not spicy but gives many flavor l love it. I love the smell of it, the aroma when l opened the bag it is amazing. I can smell the taste and ingredients. Highly recommended.
