★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you think of Karol Bagh shops... Mostly its about accessories.I went to this shop considering same for my Royal Enfield... But they do not have proper display area so you wont't be able to see the kind of accessories available... Secondly, they want customers who do bulk purchases so they may not attend you properly. And if you emphasize on "seeing the product" ,they say its like same as always available in mkt and will be reluctant to show same as they have kept it in another store.Parking is such a mess for two wheelers even... Still, the shop is unique about its contents...

Please go through this honest review before you get anything from this place. I got my Bullet 350, 95 restored and ordered some parts from Chawla Auto Spares. I got products worth almost Rs 20000/- from them. The courier charges were in tune of Rs 1450/- and Rs 800/-. Even after paying so huge courier charges, the courier service (Akash Ganga),the tracking was really bad and I had to go personally go to collect it as they didn't have delivery boys !One of those products was complete wiring also. As I had clearly told them that the model being restored is 95, they sent me wrong wiring in an opened packing. I returned it and asked for replacement . I was neither offered refund nor replacement . Eventually I asked them to give me atleast foot rest rubbers which were hugely overpriced on their website but I was OK with them as Royalenfield was engraved on the displayed picture. They agreed to it and when I received the product, it was a PVC footrest rubber, worst I have ever seen. I wondered such a thing even existed. Now my money has gone waste.
Following are the lessons I learnt..
1 You will be fleeced in the name of courier charges if you order any product online.
2 You will have to sit with fingers crossed till you receive the product.
3 Be ready to spare some time to collect courier personally.
4 If wrong product is delivered, it's yours .
5. Product need not be the same as displayed.
That's all I have to say. I will update the performance of rest of the products after a few months of usage.
I will contact Chawla Auto Spares again, only if they are the only bullet parts sellers left on this planet. Rest is your call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad/No communications after the payment is done on the progress on the delivery and tracking. Bad and volatile fastening points(cheap and worst workmanship with improper welded fragile washer plugged at bolting areas). Bad/non finished molded products. Grills aren't fitting/seated properly and they are misaligned. The monogram fittings were too bad and was broken when delivered(the delivery carrier handeled it bad or they weren't packed safely. The supplied monograms are as cheap as it could be(not as shown as in the product display image on the website). After frequent tries to contacts on all the days which failed one sudden day(after forty days after the payment) I get a call stating that the two pairs of products were out of stock(they were the main products which I was looking for). The metal parts were rusted too much. they claimed to be not doing the retail business any more. But the money(Rs.2523) is not paid back to me yet. Extreme fraudulent people who just gives/delivers you excuses after we make them the payments which never works/or never keep their words. I have all the communications to and from them captured too.
