I had chipped a part of tooth and had pain in my tooth. I landed up in his clinic on reference of my relative . Even after giving brief history of pain he was not interested in addressing the issue rather insisted that I should go for dental cleaning. After cleaning he roughly did tooth filling and asked for exuberating amount . After reaching home the pain and sensitiviy persisted. When I called him after one day he said that now I should go for RCT. He only is interested in mending money rather than treating patient. Beware of him

It is the best clinic.... i would also recommend it for Dr. Umesh Arora as i had lot of anxiety before the procedure of "Tooth Extraction".No complications were there post procedure and later when I underwent my "Ortho ( braces) "treatment by Dr. Siddharth ...the results were really the best which i could least expect.... overall the best treatment i could ever get... I had myself seen a vast difference in my previous and present. A big thanks to all the team of Dr. Umesh Arora and Dr. Siddharth.

Orthodontist is very good as a professional and warm as a person. I had so many questions and he was patient to bear with me and guided me. I have been visiting them for years now and they provide very good service. Consultation fee is reasonable. I was suffering from tremendous pain because of wisdom tooth and it took only one visit for me to get rid of the pain. Dr. suggests the best option for the person and not for his own pocket as mostly people do. Place is clean and clinical is accessible easily as it is very close to the Uttam Nagar metro station.

Terrible Experience! Worst Clinic Ever! I had pain in my teeth so I went to this clinic. I had a broken teeth so they suggested me to go for Root Canal Treatment. I was not sure at first so I took 2 days to decide and asked them who will be the doctor as they have few Doctors in the panel. They told me Dr. Umesh Kumar Arora will do RCT and from him I had worst experience of my life. He is very arrogant and ill mannered Doctor and he very inexperienced. 1. He didn’t not explained me anything, I told him in the beginning that I can’t bear pain. He told to go for local anesthesia. I have asked him to use some spray at first and then go for injection so that it will be less painful, he told me it doesn’t matter you will still feel pain and then injected me so roughly. 2. I was so scared and tensed so instead of comforting me he shouted and said why are you behaving like this, anesthesia will not work if you will continue behaving like this, then I stayed quiet. 3. During treatment I felt pain and told him that I can still feel the pain but he was in rejection mode and told me it’s all empty how can you feel the pain. 4. He took at least 7-8 X-rays and he was not confident whether he has done the procedure correctly or not and while doing X-rays also he pushed the machine so hard that it hurt me. Then he asked me to come next day for second sitting. 5. On second sitting while cleaning I felt pain and I have told him that I have pain but he said it will not happen now and he continued the treatment but then pain was unbearable that’s why I’ve asked him if we could wait for some time so that I can be relaxed but he refused. 6. He told me that if he will use local anesthesia today he will not be able to identify the problem that why I have to bear the pain. I was literally crying and tears were falling from my eyes. 7. After seeing me crying he got very angry and upset and threw his instrument and asked his assistant for injection and said I need thick needle. I asked that you were saying you will not be able to identify the problem if you will use local anesthesia then he said I can’t explain you everything and forced me for injection and he pricked me so badly and I had pain for days. 8. He asked me to wait outside because I was crying. I literally ran away from his clinic and had to leave in between because of terrifying experience I had there. To my surprise they have not even called me after that to know why I left in between. If I could have the option to give them zero stars I would have definitely choose zero stars. I would suggest not fall in their trap and go to some experienced doctor. Doctors are generally very nice and kind in nature because they understands that their patient is already going through problems and having pain, but Dr. Umesh was very unprofessional arrogant and inexperienced Doctor, he should learn how to treat patients first. He was worst doctor I have ever met and will never suggest anybody to take treatment from him.
