So within 5 min I call for cancellation zomato again worst customer care they don't care for there customers thethey said sir we can't cancel as food must be prepared as restaurant hahas accepted the order it will go waste otherwise then I called the restaurant guy to confirm whether they have prepared or not ND if prepared how much time they will tKe to deliver .1st it was engage only from 15min I was continuously calling then finally he picked up and I gave my name n location asked about the food he said sir you talk to zomato people about this I said when you need that much time cancel it then again he said its ready already sir .
I said fine I went to the restaurant as zomato people were not showing any response n update .
So I went personally when I asked at counter he didn't know about my order as well then I asked dinner kitchen they said this order has not yet come to us .
Means they are making fool to public .Illiterate guy operating system and accepting orders just to take order I would say poor chawla's we also should give thethem change so that they will not accept the other orders .
Disheartening never expected this from chawla's .
Zomato also responsible for not supporting.
Never order for ILD chawla 's branch pathetic person and pathetic cook

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered noodles for lunch, it was so spicy I can't tell you guys. This is the worst noodles I have ever tasted. If you are getting spices for free, then instead of putting so much spice, you can give us a little discount. It would be much better.
Really disappointed. Never recommend.
